Leiper's Fork is now home to Eric and Samantha Coghlan, but they haven't lived here all their lives like some of the other locals. Eric and Sam are transplants from Mississippi and Idaho, and when they moved to Leiper's Fork they found their home. They fell in love with the charm of the neighborhood during a visit some years ago and just knew that this is where they wanted to raise their family and live their lives. Since moving here and settling in, they have created important relationships with neighbors, business owners and community members and are expecting those relationships to last a lifetime.

Owners of Pot N' Kettle Cottages
Eric & Sam love this community and giving back to it is high on their priority list. They look for ways to do just that by using the resources at hand. The resources they have been using the last couple of years include 3 cottages on Joseph Street that are used as overnight accommodations in the village.

These cottages are in the heart of Leiper's Fork Country and, as Sam says, "just a leap from the Fork"!
Because they are in the heart of the community, Sam and Eric take great care to make sure the guests are well taken care of and the neighbors are happy with the tenants that visit.
Eric and Samantha have been loyal to the community and very generous to the various events that take place annually. They generously sponsor events such as the GRAND OL' CHILI COOKOFF and Fork Fest each year with the knowledge that these events help keep the community healthy, happy and prosperous.

When asked if they thought their sponsorship money to the GRAND OL' CHILI COOKOFF was well spent, this was their answer: "We absolutely feel like it is money well spent, it is giving back to the community that we call home. Having a business here is one thing but Leiper's Fork is our home first, if events like the GOCC do not take place our town would fade away, so to support this event is to support everyone and everything in our community."
